“On behalf of the Palos Heights Fire Protection District we wish to express our pleasure and satisfaction with the All American Sign Company. All American has been involved with the installation and renovation of our marquees at both Fire Stations. Being a Fire Protection District and relying on tax payer money to purchase items, we procure prices from other business in your field. Not only did American Sign Company give us the best price for what we needed, they also sent out a representative to meet me and inspect the site to ensure our needs were met.
This accomplishes two important things.
1. A physical person shows up and expresses sincere interest in your business. To often we end up talking to people over the phone, trying to explain what we want, or we have to take a picture and e-mail it them, or you end up being lost in a multi-functional phone system where you have to press numbers to hopefully get to the right person before you get disconnected.
2. When the representative left, you have established a re-pore with the Company. Everything All American Sign company said they would do, they did.
When the sign was installed, the installer came to the door, acknowledged he was there to install the sign. When the work was complete the installer called me out to inspect the sign to ensure it was installed to satisfaction. I noted the site was clean and the sign met my expectation.”
